Submit your business plan to banks to secure the finances to build your bar/nightclub.

It is important that you get your managerial infrastructure in place, you may require a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Human Resources, Bar Manager, Floor Manager, Entertainment manager, IT manager. Please note your requirements may depend on the size of your venue.

It may also be appropriate to plan ahead & book your bar consultant for an extra 3 months to assist the bar/ nightclubs management in its infancy.
