Sobieski Vodka and Caramel liqueur 
Sobieski Vodka & Caramel liqueur outstanding Potato Vodka and one of my favourite flavours Caramel I go though stages in my mixology where I just love certain flavour, for me 2009 for me personally my favourite flavour was Caramel The Sobieski Vodka and Caramel liqueur is a caramel liqueur with a difference, most caramel liqueurs I find sickly sweet & overly creamy. I had since started making my own caramel in the kitchen as I am a huge fan of the versatility that caramel has in balancing harsh flavours in Cocktails. I don't think this Sobieski Caramel Liqueur removes the need to make homemade Caramel however it gives me a different option that isn't so thick. Sobieski vodka is one of my favourite Potato vodka's, I am a fan of Potato vodka's I love the creamy smoothness of their taste and it blends perfectly with caramel in this liqueur to create a soft, smooth, delicate, sweet caramel and toffee flavoured liqueur.  |
