Resident Mixologist & Beverage Consultant 
We are currently scouting around for experienced and professional Mixologists for the role of a "RESIDENT MIXOLOGIST & BEVERAGE CONSULTANT" Iconic Five Star Super Deluxe Hotel in Mumbai. Main project to Open Brand New High Profile Restaurant with stand alone Bar Area, Create Cocktails to match and enhance food menu, working with Italian Chef create signature cocktails for venues Bar area dealing with media to build hype Looking after VIP and celebrity guests being the hippest bartender/ Mixologist in town Later in contract working to improve existing trendy Bar The contract period would be Six Months, extendable for a further period of another Six Months on mutual consent. This contract begins ASAP In a nutshell the terms and conditions that we would offer, would be as follows. Free Accommodation with high Speed Internet in the Five Star Deluxe Hotel, where you are working. Three Meals per day inclusive of Soft Beverages. Return Airtickets. Reimbursement Of Visa Fees. Free Laundry of up to Six pieces per day. Free Usage of Gym and Swimming Pool. Work Eight Hours a Day, Six Days a Week with One Day Off in the week. What we would require from you would be A couple of full length photographs of yours. A detailed profile along with work and competition history. PAY and START DATE IS NEGOTIABLE.
