Mixologist/ Consultant/ Trainer Required for Mumbai 
Earth Bar seek a professional Dedicated specialist Mixologist/ Consultant/ Trainer to mix drinks, including Molecular Cocktails, create original cocktail menus, be the face of beverage, helping to build on the venues current customer and a solid bar business knowledge and exceptional Bar Training skills for a Iconic 5 star deluxe hotel in Mumbai. This is your choice of a 6 or 12 month contract. The role will encompass more than just mixing great creative cocktails; you will be the public face of the venue, the bars ambassador. You will also be expected to have managerial skills in providing leadership and training to the bar team, enhancing the teams customer service standards, mixology skills, molecular mixology skills and general bartending skills. The Ideal candidate will have outstanding English communication skills, Excellent cocktail mixology knowledge & skills, Solid skills in Molecular Mixology, the ability to create a cocktail menu, or recommend a cocktail, Ability to Maintain impeccable Hygiene, Grooming & dress at all times in good taste, in well maintained clothing, Sustain proper conduct while in the Hotel and to perform in such a manner so as to protect the reputation of Hotel, who can refrain from communicating with customers in a non defamatory, politically sensitive or controversial way. A Professional that arrives at work in a bright & sparkly manner not suffering intoxication, or a bad mood, co operating with all co workers of the hotel in a professional harmonious way. A professional who always works with a high professional standard and quality, A Professional who strictly adheres to punctuality and attendance. The contract will last for 12 months, Shifts will be a maximum of 7hrs per day, 6 days a week. Complimentary accommodation will be provided for the period of the contract, also providing complimentary transportation to and from the airport to place of accommodation on arrival and departure. The Mixologist will receive, Three meals per day at one of the Hotel Restaurants. The Hotel shall bear the cost of return airfare & up to 10 kg pf excess baggage each way, reimburse travel tax, airport tax and visa fees, Use of house doctor free of charge during contract, for minor ailments, Local calls & Internet will be complimentary, free laundry and dry cleaning of professional and personal clothing, use of hotel gym & pool.
