We are currently scouting around for a professional Mixologists with experience working in high profile venues for a recently opened High Profile 3 level Restaurant/ Cocktail Lounge and Night Club in New Delhi , the venue is designed by Japanese company Super Potato (One of the worlds leading Venue design companies) and is located in a 5 star deluxe Hotel Resort New Dehli . The contract will begin asap Role will include Work with Management to develop unique beverage concepts Creating Cocktail menus and Cocktail concepts Mixology and Beverage Training of staff Create bar infrastructure Mix great drinks and be personality of the bar Maintain beverage standards Look after VIP guests Develop staff, bar and beverage program The contract period would be Six Months, extendable for a further period of another Six Months on mutual consent. This contract begins ASAP In a nutshell the terms and conditions that we would offer, would be as follows. Free Accommodation with high Speed Internet in apartment, close to venue. Free pick up and drop between Apartment and Venue for work and meals. Three Meals per day inclusive of Soft Beverages. Return Airtickets. Reimbursement Of Visa Fees. Free Laundry of up to Six pieces per day. Work Eight Hours a Day, Six Days a Week with One Day Off in the week. What we would require from you would be A couple of full length photographs of yours.
