Fun Bartender/ Mixologist Required for Bangalore India (6 month contract) 
Earth Bar seek a Fun, outgoing, bartender who is professional, Dedicated who can mix cool cocktails, is a good quality Mixologist, can provide some Consultancy if required is a good Trainer, to be the face of beverage for a 5 star hotel in Bangalore, helping to build on the venues current customer base and experience, have a solid bar business knowledge and exceptional Bar Training skills, but most importantly helping to make the bar hip trendy and fun. This is a 6 month contract. The role will encompass more than just having fun, you will be required to mixing great creative cocktails; you will be the public face of the venue, the bars ambassador. You will also be expected to have managerial skills in providing leadership and training to the bar team, enhancing the teams customer service standards, mixology skills, some flair bartending skills would be an advantage and enhancing the general bartending skills of the bar team. The Ideal candidate will have outstanding English communication skills, Excellent cocktail mixology knowledge & skills, the ability to create a cocktail and recommend a cocktail, ability to socialise, make friends and be the life of the bar. A hip, stylish trendy bartender. Ability to Maintain impeccable Hygiene, Grooming & dress at all times in good taste, in well maintained clothing, Sustain proper conduct while in the Hotel and to perform in such a manner so as to protect the reputation of Hotel, who can refrain from communicating with customers in a non defamatory, politically sensitive or controversial way. A Professional that arrives at work in a bright & sparkly manner not suffering intoxication, or a bad mood, co operating with all co workers of the hotel in a professional harmonious way. A professional who always works with a high professional standard and quality, A Professional who strictly adheres to punctuality and attendance. The contract will last for 6 months, Shifts will be a maximum of 8hrs per day, 6 days a week. Complimentary accommodation will be provided for the period of the contract, also providing complimentary transportation to and from the airport on arrival and departure. The Bartender will receive, Three meals per day at one of the Hotel Restaurants. The Hotel shall bear the cost of return airfare & up to 10 kg pf excess baggage each way, reimburse travel tax, airport tax and visa fees, Use of house doctor free of charge during contract, for minor ailments, Local calls & Internet will be complimentary, free laundry and dry cleaning of professional and personal clothing, use of hotel gym & pool. The contract will start around mid July to early August.
