Flair Bartender Job, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 
Earth bar seek a couple of great Flair bartenders for a 2 week contract in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are planning a major VODKA event happening in September 2010 in Kuala Lumpur. Our client is a major international Vodka brand in Malaysia. The event we are planning on is a Bartender Road Tour for the vodka brand in their outlets. The Duration of stay in Kuala Lumpur is 2 weeks from 13th Sept 2010 till 27th Sept 2010. You will be performing Show's on the 16th, 17th, 18th, 24th and 25th of September (5 days, in 5 different clubs); in the remaining time in KL you will attend briefings, do rehearsals for your shows and press conference. Show performances will be 2 sets at each club (Set 1 : 9.30pm-10pm/ Set 2 : 10.30pm-11pm) each Bartender will be expected to perform a 10 minute individual flair show, be apart of a 5 minute tandem flair show & then Auction off drinks to the Crowd. We seek professional Flair Bartenders, with great credentials, who speak fluent English. With very good performance skills and is able to speak to the pubic on show. Good professional attitude with extremely positive work ethics. Pleasant personality, friendly, good clean cut, modern image, creative & interesting to fit the brand image. Ability to Maintain impeccable Hygiene, Grooming & dress at all times in good taste, in well maintained clothing, Sustain proper conduct while in the Outlets of performance and to perform in such a manner so as to protect the reputation of the vodka Brand. A bartender who can refrain from communicating with customers in a non defamatory, politically sensitive or controversial way. A Professional flair bartender that arrives for an event in a bright & sparkly manner not suffering intoxication, or a bad mood, co operating with fellow flair bartender, staff at the bar where you are performing, Staff for liquor company you are representing in a professional harmonious way. Earth bar are looking for something Really Unique for the flair shows. From the performance to the product (using the vodka to make fabulous cocktails), the show must be extremely energetic & interesting. They must speak while performing, entertaining the crowd to the max and present these NEW cocktails in a unique way. After presenting the new cocktails they will have to auction these drinks out to the public. We are pretty open to all kinds of shows; we need your professional suggestions on how you feel you can add to this event. We also want your great ideas on creating Theme's for the drinks This is a very high profile event so we need really great bartenders to carry the image of the brand. What we will supply: he client shall bear the cost of return airfare, airport tax and visa fees. Hotel accommodation for 2 weeks Dailey meal allowance all local transportation during work hours Complimentary transportation Between Kuala Lumpur airport - accommodation on arrival and departure. The Flair Bartender will receive a daily meal allowance. The client shall bear the cost of return airfare, airport tax and visa fees.
