Bar Stock Control & Stocktaking

Most bars have over complicated stock control & stocktaking procedures costing them time & money.

Every bar in the world looses stock, how much stock a bar looses can be the difference between success & failure. 

The common mistake the majority of bars make is they over complicate their stock control procedures, making the bar manager or supervisor waste meaningless hours creating paperwork to tell them the problem without actually ever looking for a solution.
