Arabian Dream 30mls Medos Honey vodka, 15mls Pama Liqueur, 60mls apple juice, black ground pepper, lemon squeeze shaken and strained over crushed ice in a highball glass, drizzle with 5mls of grenadine. Rosemary Cooler Muddle Rosemary sprig add 40mls Grey Goose Vodka, 10mls mango syrup, 30mls orange juice, 15mls lime juice, shaken & strained over crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish: rosemary Sprig French Martini Muddle 5 pineapple chunks add 45mls 42 Below Passionfruit vodka, 15mls Chambord, 15mls Pineapple juice shaken & double strained into a martini Glass, Garnish: pineapple wedge Chocolate Frost 40mls Cariel vanilla vodka, 10mls white Creme de cacao, 10mls pear puree, 15mls white chocolate sauce Shake & double strain into a Martini Glass Mocha Martini 30mls Absolut Vanilla, 20mls Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, 1 Espresso shot 5ml Sugar syrup, Dash Maraschino juice, Shaken with Vigor & strained into a martini glass Taste of Taly 40mls Cariel vanilla vodka, 10mls Cresta Swiss Chocolate Liqueur, 30mls pomegranate juice shake & double strain into a Martini Glass Apple of Agnese Muddle ¼ Green apple, 6 mint leafs add 40mls Debowa premium oak vodka, Dash of Honey, 20mls Berenizer apple liqueur, touch of butterscotch sauce.
