Vanilla Appletini

I always have lots of requests for the Green Apple Martini in every bar I work in. It is if made well with fresh Green Apple the Green Apple Martini is a very stylish cocktail. Unfortunately many bars kill it with cheap Green Apple Vodka, Syrups and liqueurs.

Originally I created the the first version of the Vanilla Appletini for lady who was a regular and loved the Green Apple Martini's, I made them for her every Friday and Saturday Night. Towards the end of my contract at Zest New Delhi, I converted her to a Vanilla Appletini drinker

Although the cocktail was very different at the to wonderful flavour I have mastered for the new Blue Bar Menu. Unfortunately due to contractual deals I never got to use the best products for the cocktail at Zest.

However now on my new Blue Bar cocktail menu I have!!!!!

For the New Cocktail menu at Blue Bar Delhi, I have Infused Ketel One Vodka with Lots of Green Apple and a bit of Vanilla. Ketel One is my favorite Vodka when mixing the Vodka Martini, It just shines in a Martini.

I have left the Green Apple and Vanilla to Infuse for an extended period of time to get a extra strong Green Apple taste.

I use fresh green apple in making this cocktail, You will never beat the taste of fresh ingredients in a cocktail.

The next addition is my homemade Vanilla Syrup, more than a syrup it is a flavour, I greatly reduce the sugar in my Homemade Vanilla Syrup to focus on Vanilla flavor, whilst still adding some mild sweetness.

Finally I add just a squeeze of fresh Lime, it just finishes the drink perfectly.

The finished Cocktail has a lovely fresh Green Apple and Vanilla taste and is only Mildly sweet.
