Depths of Titicaca

Slap & rip 8 tarragon leaves, add 30mls Cesar Pisco, 15mls Blue Curacao, 30mls orange juice, 20mls apple juice, 10mls lemon juice, 10mls Monin passionfruit syrup, Shake and double strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish: lemon slice and sprig of tarragon.

Amazonia

45mls Mango infused Aba Pisco, 30mls pineapple Puree, 15mls creme de peche, 10mls passionfruit syrup. Shake & double strain into a Coupe Glass Served straight up with a lemon twist.

Plum Sangria

Muddle 2 plums add 30mls Vinas de Oro Pisco, 60mls Rioja Spanish red wine, 15mls Creme De Cassis, shake & double strain into a Red Wine glass. Garnish: Cubed Plums

Passion of Peru

1 Passionfruit pulp, 20mls Xanath Vanilla Liqueur, 40mls Poixen Pisco, 30mls lemon juice, shake & strain into a Margarita Glass

God of the Andes

In Old Fashion Glass Muddle 4 coriander leaves, 1 Bar spoon Caster Sugar add Ice 60mls Inca Gold Pisco, Top with Grapefruit juice. Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge

Pepper of Bolivia

Blend with 45mls Pisco Pura La Uvina, ½ Green apple, 2 Lime squeezes, 30mls Apple juice, ½ tea spoon cracked pepper, Pour in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish: Green Apple wedges.
