Butterscotch Sauce Recipe

Mix 100mls cream, 60mls Full Cream Milk, 200g of Brown Sugar, 50g butter and 2 table spoons of vanilla essence in a Saucepan, stir over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes until combined

Turn up to a high heat until sauce begins to boil.

Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, The Butterscotch sauce will thicken slightly.
