Monks Martini 60mls Plymouth gin, 5mls Green Chartreuse, Stirred & Double strained in a Martini Glass, Garnish with a flamed lemon twist Grace Muddle 1/5 Cucumber, 5 mint leaves, ¼ green chilli add 60mls Beefeater stir & strain into Highball over ice top Lemonade Sapphire Swing muddled 10 grapes add 30mls Bombay Sapphire gin, 15mls St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur stir & strain into Highball over ice top with Moet Champagne sparkling lemongrass Martini Muddle 1 Lemongrass add 45mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, 10mls Sugar syrup stir & double strain into a martini glass, top with Moet Champagne, Garnish: Lemongrass Gypsy martini Muddle 6 rosemary leaves, 5mL sugar syrup, add 50mls raisin-infused South Gin, 10mL green chartreuse shake & Double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Peach & Green Tea Collins 60mls Tanqueray gin, 10mls green tea syrup, 30mls white peach puree 30mls lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, Shake & strain over ice into a long cocktail glass, top with soda Blackcurrant jelly toddy 60mls Hendrick's Gin, 15mls Honey Water, 15mls Phillips and Bristol Pink Cloves Cordial, 1 level teaspoon Blackcurrant Jam, 15mls fresh lemon juice, 45mls hot water, stir well & strain into a warm Coffee Mug, 1 cinnamon stick garnish Morning Mum 60mls Hendrick's Gin, 15mls Honey water, 1 teaspoon Marmalade, 20mls fresh lemon juice, shake well & Double Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
