Aperitif Cocktail Mixology Recipes

Camparini

  • Muddle 1 lime,

  • 2 bar spoons caster sugar

  • add 60mls Campari,

  • shake & double strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

    venetian fizz

  • 60mls Aperol,

  • juice of ½ orange,

  • 10mls Monin raspberry syrup,

  • 1 egg white

  • shake & double strain over ice into a Highball glass

  • top with soda.

    Bordeaux Spritzer

  • Build over ice in a highball glass

  • 45mls lillet,

  • 15mls St Germain Elderflower liqueur,

  • 3 drops peach bitters

  • topped with soda.

    Bitter Cherry

  • 30mls Campari,

  • 30mls Cherry Marnier,

  • 15mls grapefruit juice,

  • stir & double strain into a Martini glass

    Red Passion

  • ½ passion fruit,

  • 2 lime squeeze,

  • 45mls Pimms &

  • 45mls Red wine,

  • shaken & strained over ice into a Highball glass
