Camparini

Muddle 1 lime, 2 bar spoons caster sugar add 60mls Campari, shake & double strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

venetian fizz

60mls Aperol, juice of ½ orange, 10mls Monin raspberry syrup, 1 egg white shake & double strain over ice into a Highball glass top with soda.

Bordeaux Spritzer

Build over ice in a highball glass 45mls lillet, 15mls St Germain Elderflower liqueur, 3 drops peach bitters topped with soda.

Bitter Cherry

30mls Campari, 30mls Cherry Marnier, 15mls grapefruit juice, stir & double strain into a Martini glass

Red Passion

½ passion fruit, 2 lime squeeze, 45mls Pimms & 45mls Red wine, shaken & strained over ice into a Highball glass
