Bordeaux Spritzer Build over ice in a highball glass 45mls lillet, 15mls St Germain Elderflower liqueur, 3 drops peach bitters topped with soda. Bitter Cherry 30mls Campari, 30mls Cherry Marnier, 15mls grapefruit juice, stir & double strain into a Martini glass Red Passion ½ passion fruit, 2 lime squeeze, 45mls Pimms & 45mls Red wine, shaken & strained over ice into a Highball glass  |
