Baptiste has worked at Free Style Bar, cocktail Bar in Dijon (France) from 2004 to 2007 as Bar manager after originally being hired as the bars consultant.

From 2002 to 2004 Baptiste was Head Bartender at Quest Bar, Roppongi Tokyo in JAPAN enjoy massive success in one of Tokyo’s hottest bars.

In 2004 Baptise travelled to Italy & graduated for Performance Flair Bartending obtained in Paesana Italy the training program was delivered by Italian Flair bartending Legend M. Fabio MILANI.

Since finishing the program Baptise has taken his bartending to new levels
