Bio of Tom Dyer
Tom Dyer is one of the finest flair bartenders on the planet, he
appears on almost every significant flair bartending movie made in the last 3 years.
Tom is the dominant
force in flair bartending in the UK, the moves he creates are copied by flair bartenders the world over.
Any person who has the pleasure of watching a Tom Dyer flair show witnesses the cutting edge of flair
bartending
Tom started working in the restaurant trade as a busser, cleaning tables and running food in a
place called Bennigans. As soon as he was 18 he moved onto the bar and the location changed it
name and was now called Jefferson's. He progressed very quickly and not long after being on the
bar he was given the position of head bartender and bar supervisor.
This is where his flair career started. He was shown a few move's by a few fellow
bartender's (Lee Wooster and Jody Myers) and then the addiction started there. Not long after he
moved to TGI Fridays in Watford to help progress his career further.
Next in Line for Tom was London. He was offered a job at Cherry Jam. A West London
bar very popular for its music, drinks and customer service. Constantly receiving letter of praise
to their head office he helped open their new club 'Neighbourhood'. He helped set up the bar and
was an integral part of the running of the bar for the first 3 weeks.
By now his flair career was going really well. He had won several competitions and
decided it was time to quit working on a bar and continue his career as a flair bartender!

Joel Scholtens Lindsay Says "I was one of the fellow
competitors at Tom's first Roadhouse competition, he still hadn't perfected his skills however you
could see Tom would become something special. Tom is now rated number 3 in the world & in my view
will become the best ever flair bartender".
