Bio of Darren Frost 
Darren Frost is regarded as one of the greatest bartender to come out of Birmingham England. His ability with cocktails, Flair & speed bartending are unquestionable however Darren Frost’s greatest attribute is his ability to enhance these skills with his unique vibrant personality. Darren is blessed with amazing working & team flair, which he amplifies with great British humor. In 2005-06 Darren started Darren Frost bar services, which has now become part of Earth Bar Consultant & Services. Darren organized special events for Bacardi experimental marketing & Pernod Ricard. These included product knowledge training, major promotional events, corporate parties & bartending Competitions. In 2005 Darren was bar Consultant for itihaas Bar & Restaurant in Birmingham UK his role included implementing all the beverage infrastructure & standards, training all the staff, writing the cocktail list wine lists & the recruitment of an elite bartending team, Darren then managed the bar for its first 3 months of operation. The venue has been nominated for Theme magazines best venue in the midlands in 2005 & 2006 & best cocktail list in 2005. 
In 2006 Darren came to Australia to work with Earth Bar building a concept bar in Maitland near Newcastle. This project lasted 4 months & involved Darren putting together bar design plans, floor design plans, service standards for a concept bar that will be used show to potential investors. Darren has also worked on a series of cocktail parties both corporate & private for Earth Bar most requiring a dynamic flair bartending show. 
From 2002 to 2004 Darren worked for the Living Room starting as Bar Manager of the highly successful Birmingham Venue before becoming Company training & Bar development assistant manager for Living Ventures head office, the company operates all living room Bar & Restaurants, prohibition bars & mosquito night clubs. In that time Darren opened 7 venues across the UK, with roles including training of all bartenders & beverage service staff for each venue & layout of the bar. Darren was also responsible for each venues opening night & provide a dazzling Flair show. 
In 2000 to 2002 Darren was first head bartender then bar manager sports cafe Birmingham, Birmingham’s busiest venue. During 2002 Darren moved to Tiger Tiger Bar in Birmingham as head bartender.
