About Earth Bar Consultancy & Services Hello my name is Joel Scholtens Lindsay & Earth Bar Consultancy & Services is my vision. Having spent all of my adult life working in the bar industry in some of the world premier bar across 3 continents I have learnt a lot of different ways of successful running a bar. No to bars are the same & different situations, require different solutions. What attracts customers in one venue will not attract customers to another venue. 
Having worked in so many different countries has taught me how to work with what is available & concentrate on maximizing every utility at your disposal What Earth Bar brings to the industry is simple solutions to sometimes difficult problems & a wealth of bar industry experience, when I started Earth Bar my purpose was simply to pass on that wisdom. I also had the ambition of combine the outstanding systems I have learnt from others, creatively innovating cutting edge new ways of making bars superior.
